How We Took Them From $5,000 To $260,000 In 12 Months

Before Labis Labs:

When Matt and Rob reached out to us, it was clear they had an unmatched product and a brand that customers loved.
However, their campaigns were not converting – results were unpredictable, campaigns were not strategic, and they couldn’t scale their advertising budget and still stay profitable.

The Brand:

Stamina Fitness was founded by two Crossfit athletes, Matteo and Roberto.
Their best-selling product revolutionized the industry in Italy, and they had eyes on taking their success worldwide.

Identifying The Problem:

After analyzing their Dashboard, it didn’t take long to realize that Stamina’s Hand Grips were a potential best seller.
Unfortunately, the Stamina’s previous agency promoted every product equally and ran cold traffic campaigns with traffic as the sole objective.

The solution:

We started with a complete redesign on Facebook.
Partnering with Matt and Rob on the creative, we instituted levels of retargeting: cold traffic, warm traffic, hot traffic and existing customers. We focused on the Hand Grips as a gateway to introduce customers to other products.
The campaign converted in a stable and profitable way, giving us the confidence to both scale our advertising budget and expand our marketing channel to Google Ads.
